About traveling for treatment
How long do I need to stay in Los Cabos?
Typical stays are approximately 6 days for stem cell therapy, 3 days for IV or general treatments, and 4 days for surgical procedures. The exact length depends on your individual treatment plan.
Do you help with travel arrangements?
Yes. We provide full travel support from your first consultation through your return home, including guidance on flights, local transportation, and accommodation options near the clinic in Los Cabos.
Is Los Cabos easy to get to from the U.S.?
Yes. Los Cabos International Airport (SJD) receives direct flights from many U.S. cities including Los Angeles, Phoenix, Dallas, Houston, and Denver. Flight times are typically 2–4 hours, and the time zone difference with most of the U.S. is minimal.
What if I need follow-up care after I return home?
We provide structured post-treatment follow-up remotely. After your return, our team checks in with you at defined intervals to monitor your response and address any questions.

Who performs the procedures?
Every treatment plan is personally guided by Dr. Hugo Armenta. Anesthesiologists join only when a procedure requires it. You will not be treated by rotating staff without prior notice.
How much does treatment cost?
Treatment costs vary depending on the type of protocol and your individual plan. Pricing is discussed transparently after your evaluation — there are no hidden fees or pressure to commit before you have complete information.
Does insurance cover regenerative medicine treatments?
